Custom Domed Labels

Custom domed labels are created through a specialized process that applies a clear, dome-like coating over the printed surface. This raised finish enhances the appearance of the label while protecting it from fading, dirt, scratches, and general wear.

The doming process adds depth and dimension, making logos and graphics more visually impactful. These labels are ideal for branding, marketing, and decorative applications where appearance and durability are equally important.

Domed labels are produced by applying a liquid polyurethane layer approximately 0.060” thick over the printed design. This coating is carefully poured and cured to a specific hardness, resulting in a durable, three-dimensional surface that is highly resistant to scratches and damage.

Adhesive options can be customized based on the application. A standard permanent acrylic adhesive is commonly used, with additional options available for surfaces that require specialized bonding.

While domed labels offer excellent durability, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may affect the printed graphics over time. For this reason, they are typically recommended for indoor use or controlled environments.
